In case if you have booked Taxi Airport Transfers for two ways. In this case you pay separately to the driver by arrival to your destination.
If your full amount which is shown on your voucher 100 Euros, which means you 50 Euros for each way.
The booking has to be done at least one day in advance through the website. We accept also the bookings which have been done the same day, it depends on our planning.
The main reasons that the client does not receive a confirmation email is:
- The client provided a wrong email address (in this case we kindly ask you to contact us by Contact form. Please provide us all the information about your booking, so that we could find your booking).
- The confirmation got into the spambox
The client did not receive second email with the details of the driver:
The reason is that your booking is not complete (no full pick up or destination address, flight number missing, etc) In this case you will receive an email to provide us the missing information.
The taxi has to be booked online through our website by using our booking system Taxi Booking. Unfortunately we do not accept any bookings by phone to avoid any misunderstandings.

You need to provide your pick up and destination address, choose the date, time, the amount of the passengers and click on Next.
After you will receive list of vehicles with fares. You can choose one by clicking on Book now.
The booking system has a google maps integration. You can start with the street name or name of the place (Hotel, Restaurant; Company name etc) and you will get the suggestion.
In case if you cannot find it, you can add in field of remarks of your booking your full pick-up / drop off address and we will update your booking.
Any changes in your booking has to be done by email 24 hours in advance. Simply by replying your confirmation letter or filling in the contact form with your reservation number.
You will receive an update of your booking by email.
The cancellation can be done 24 hours in advance through the client panel
Or, by sending us an email through the Contact form with your reservation number.
No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled time of the transfer service you wish to cancel.
